You will be given a refund of the contract amount, excluding setup fees such as
Domain Name Registration, Hosting fees, etc. At each step
of the design and development process, you have the opportunity to approve or
reject the work done to that point. Any
design, development or database work that has been completed and approved by you
will not be refunded.
Your e-mail notification to us must be sent from the contact e-mail address that
we have on file for your account. Please also include in your email the product
and service purchase information relevant to the cancellation request.
Setup fees are refundable ONLY
